Ray, A. Graham, Jr., 81, a long-time resident of Narragansett and retired Engineer, died Thursday, April 7'th at the Westerly Nursing Home, Westerly, RI. He was the husband of the late Martha (Kirkwood) Ray.  Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Arthur G. and Gladys (Blackledge) Ray.  Mr. Ray was a career employee of the RI Department of Transportation, retiring in 1989.

 He was a member of the First Universalist Church of Providence for many years. He leaves his children; David G.,Vicki J. and Sandra J. Ray and Stephanie R. Good, 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.  Calling hours will be held on Sunday, April 10'th from 1-3 PM, in the J.H. WILLIAMS & CO. FUNERAL HOME, 210 Taunton Avenue, East Providence.  The funeral and Burial will be private.  In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be directed to the United Way of RI, 50 Valley St., Providence, RI 02909.
