Donald McDonald, Esq. Obituary

Donald A. McDonald, Esq., 92, of Providence, died peacefully on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at Linn Health Care Center. He was the beloved husband of Anne (Viens) McDonald. Born in New Bedford, MA, he was the son of the late John A. McDonald & Evelyn (Bilodeau) McDonald.

Mr. McDonald was a graduate of Boston University Law School. He was partner in the firm of Little, Little, & McDonald for many years until his retirement.

He is survived by his wife and three children, Susan, David and Ellen; his four grandchildren John, Sarah, Kathryn and Caroline; and his two great grandson’s Wyatt and Jackson.

A celebration of his life and joie de vivre will be held at a later date. Calling hours are respectfully omitted. Gifts in his memory to Hope Hospice & Palliative Care of RI will be appreciated. Arrangements have been entrusted to J.H. WILLIAMS & CO. FUNERAL HOME.
