Alan D. Perry, 74, of Johnston, died November 14, 2023. He was the loving husband of the late Linda G. (Johnson) Perry. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Alfred Perry and Carmella (Lanni) Perry.
Mr. Perry served in the U.S. Navy as a Radarman during the Vietnam War from 1968 to 1971. He was employed as a locksmith with United Lock Co. for most of his career. He enjoyed car shows with his Mustang GT and collecting various car models. Alan enjoyed completing various projects and was always available to help others.
He leaves his loving stepchildren: Henry Storm & his wife Deborah, and their children, Corey, Alyssa, and Hannah, and Janet (Storm) Manning & her husband Christopher, and their children, Dylan & Lindsey. He was the brother of the late Geraldine DiChara and uncle of Matthew DiChara, Marisa DiChara & her husband Terrence Carpenter, and their son, Jacob, Michael DiChara & his wife Sarah, and their children, Nico and Vivian.
His Committal Service with Military Honors will be held Monday, November 20, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel of St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Calling hours are respectfully omitted.
