Anita Morton

Anita (Luba) Morton, 82, of Seekonk, died peacefully on May 31, 2025 at Respiratory

Rehabilitation Center of RI. She was the wife of the late Niles W. Morton. Born in Warwick, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin J. Luba and Annie N. (Tacelli) Luba.

Mrs. Morton was employed as an inventory worker with the Balfour Company of Attleboro until her retirement. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall-Jehovah's Witness in Seekonk.

She leaves her nephew, Peter W. Levesque of Coventry and her niece, Michele A. Moore of Johnston. She was the sister of Marion Rose McHale of North Kingstown and her children.  She was the twin sister of the late Anna Levesque, the sister-in-law of Andrea J. Savicki of Pawtucket and Melody Tougas of Lake Worth, FL.

Her Funeral Service will be held Friday, June 6, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. in the Home of J.H. WILLIAMS & CO., 210 Taunton Avenue, East Providence, RI. Burial will follow in Stevens Corner Cemetery, Rehoboth.  Friends may call from 10:30 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. prior to the service.
