Calais R. Loven, 87, of Rumford, died peacefully on April 19, 2020. She was the wife of the late Joseph B. Loven. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Harry & Alice L. (Smith) Redfern.
Mrs. Loven worked as a product service representative with the Private Banking Group at Bank of Boston for 10 years until her retirement. An active member of Church of the Epiphany, she served on the altar guild and worked in the thrift shop.
She leaves her loving sons, Joseph B. Loven & his wife Stephanie of Dunnellon, FL and James A. Loven & his wife Patricia of Coventry. Cherished grandmother of Nicholas Loven, Shawn M. Loven, & great-grandmother of Lilianah S. Lanctot. She was the grandmother of the late Scott L. Lanctot. She was the sister of Carl Redfern of Florida.
Her graveside service in Forest Chapel Cemetery will be private. A memorial Requiem Eucharist at Church of the Epiphany will be held at a later date.
