Carol A. Ketchem, 58, of Providence, died peacefully on May 1, 2021 at Rhode Island Hospital. Born in Fall River, MA, she was a daughter of the late William R. Ketchem and Patricia A. (Oliver) Ketchem.
Carol enjoyed doing puzzles, watching comedy movies, playing games with family, catching up with relatives on social media, reading, and was a lover of music. She always kept a positive outlook throughout her health struggles.
She leaves her loving daughter, Rhiannon J. Ketchem and her partner Paul Azzinaro of Westerly. She was the cherished sister of William D. Ketchem, Suzanne Ketchem, and Daniel S. Ketchem, all of Providence.
Her ashes will be scattered by her loved ones privately. Calling hours are respectfully omitted. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory to the Cancer Research Institute will be appreciated. https://www.cancerresearch.org/donate/
