Cheryl Ann Almeida

Cheryl A. Almeida, 52, of Providence, died March 3, 2017 at Rhode Island Hospital.  She was the loving wife of William M. Silva.  Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Peter Almeida & Audrey (Roy) Almeida.   

Cheryl worked in data entry for Blue Cross Blue Shield of RI for many years.  She enjoyed nature and loved walking the beach. 

Besides her husband, she leaves her loving children: Erika C. Henninger of Ashaway, Andrew N. Almeida of Pawtucket, & Michael P. Almeida of Florida.  She was the mother of the late Kayla M. Almeida.  She was the sister of Peter Almeida of Smithfield and the late Paul Almeida. 

Relatives & friends are invited and may call on Saturday, March 11, 2017 from 2:00 to 5:00 pm at J.H. WILLIAMS & CO. FUNERAL HOME, 210 Taunton Avenue, Route 44, East Providence, with a brief family remembrance service to follow.  Burial will be private.
