Cynthia A. Dillon

Cynthia A. Dillon, 82, of Rumford, died peacefully on June 4, 2022 at the Village at Waterman Lake.  Born in Cranston, she was a daughter of the late Earle H. Bassett and Pearl M. (Phillips) Bassett.

Cynthia was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.  She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the American Legion Post 311 in Seekonk. 

She leaves her loving children: Patricia A. Dillon of Medina, MN and Michael E. Dillon and his wife Susan of Foster.  Cherished grandmother of Tiffany Hoeft, Taylor Miech, Spencer Dillon, and eight great-grandchildren.  She was the sister of Deborah Dubois of Coventry, Claudia Cote of Smithfield, and the late Beverly Goulet.

Her funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at 12:00 P.M. in the Home of J.H. WILLIAMS & CO., 210 Taunton Avenue, East Providence, RI.  Burial will follow in Carpenter Cemetery, Rumford.
