I had the privilege of meeting Ed Clegg only a few times, but as a member of the "Greatest Generation," he represented all its values so well. Our hearts go out to the wonderful family that he created, who we know will miss him in the days to come.

To Ed and Claire's daughters and families: We are sorry to here of Ed's passing. I will always have fond memories of your Dad and mother and all of you as Goff Gathering cousins. Ed and Claire were wonderful people to know and their work for the Goff Gathering Association will always be appreciated.They will be greatly missed.

So very sorry to hear of the passing of your father. As a child attending the Goff Gathering every year, I knew that Mr. Clegg was one of the adults in charge of our reunion. But, after joining the board Ed became one of the people I always looked forward to seeing at our meetings and the Gathering. I enjoyed discussing stocks with him and he would always mention something about his children and grandchildren. A wonderful man, He will be greatly missed.
