Estelle L., "Stella" Maccaron

PROVIDENCE, R.I

Estelle L. Maccaron, 86, died peacefully Sept. 14, 2013 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center Providence, RI. She was born March 1, 1927 in Providence, RI to Anthony and Louisa (Thomas) Maccaron. Estelle was a bookkeeper for Blue Cross in Providence, R.I. Family roots drew her back to Cape Cod where she eventually settled in Barnstable, and worked for many years at the Lebel Construction Co. She returned to RI in 2002. She was predeceased by her brother Fred A. Maccaron of Warwick, RI. Stella is survived by her niece Margaret Maccaron Walker, and her husband, David Walker of Andover, MA. and their two children Sarah and Jonathan and her nephew Fred A. Maccaron Jr. and his wife, Vicki L. Winter of North Kingstown, RI. At her request, services will be private.
