Gladys V. (Mararian) Nelson

Gladys V. (Mararian) Nelson, 101, wife of the late Frank Nelson, died on Tuesday March 10th at Golden Living Center, Attleboro, MA.  Born in Cranston, RI, she was the daughter of the late Charles Mararian and Aetna (Nee Berberian) and survived by a son Clifford F. Nelson of Seekonk, MA, a sister Mae North of Canaan,NH, a grandson Jay N. Rogers of Middleborough,MA. and many nieces and nephews . Gladys was predeceased by a daughter, Susan Rogers. She was the bookkeeper for the Nelson Pump Company for 20 years.  She was Past Matron of the Eastern Star, Providence Chapter #1, She was a member of the Newman Congregational Church. A Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, 3/17/15, at 2:00 pm in the Newman Congregational Church,  100 Newman Ave., Rumford, RI.  Memorial gifts may be directed to the Memorial Fund of the Newman Congregational Church, P.O.
