Ilse Miller Obituary
Ilse M. Miller, 99, of East Providence, died June 9, 2020 at Rhode Island Hospital. Born in Bremerhaven, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Heinrich Janssen & Maria (Schwarze) Janssen.
Ms. Miller was employed as a comptroller for the Xerox Corporation for many years until her retirement. She was member of the Order of the Eastern Star, enjoyed bowling, and playing bingo. She was well known for her famous fudge.
She leaves her loving daughter, Trauti Benjamin & her husband Richard of Rehoboth, MA. Cherished grandmother of Michael Benjamin & his wife Kathleen Chan of Reading, MA and the late Daniel Benjamin. She was the great-grandmother of Charles, Claire, Elyse, & Grace Benjamin of Reading, MA and the sister of the late Helena “Leni” Hardt.
Her funeral and burial in Rehoboth Village Cemetery will be private. Calling hours are respectfully omitted. Arrangements have been entrusted to J.H. WILLIAMS & CO. FUNERAL HOME.
