Inez M. Stoddard

Inez M. Stoddard, 94, of Sunapee, NH, formerly of Rehoboth, MA, died peacefully on February 27, 2021 at Harris Hill Center.  She was the wife of the late Edward C. “Red” Stoddard.  Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Walter E. Horton, Sr. and Catherine S. (Pierce) Horton.  

Mrs. Stoddard was a graduate of Westbrook College in Maine and employed as a sales associate with Cherry & Webb Department Store for over 20 years until her retirement.   

She leaves her loving children: Wayne M. Stoddard of Sunapee, NH and Dru M. Duell and her husband Thomas of Seekonk.  She was the mother of the late Clay E. Stoddard.   Cherished grandmother of Derek Stoddard, Brooke Robinson, Justin Stoddard, and the late Benjamin Stoddard.  She was the sister of the late Walter E. Horton, Jr. and Sally Duncan.  She will be missed by the extended Stoddard and Horton families.

Her funeral and burial in Rehoboth Village Cemetery will be private.  Calling hours are respectfully omitted.
