Katherine L. Hagman

Katherine L. Hagman 81, of Seekonk MA, went to be with her savior April 17 2026. She was the devoted wife of the late Melvyn E Hagman for 47 years. Born in Central Falls, she was the daughter of the late Harry M. Whittington and Rena (Masse) M. Whittington.

Kate was a waitress at Country Kitchen in Seekonk until her retirement. She enjoyed bowling at EP Lanes for many years. 

She leaves her loving children Heidi A. Hagman of Rehoboth MA and Glen E. Hagman and his fiance Amanda B. Coelho of Rehoboth MA. Cherished Grandmother of Jenna E. Hagman of Rehoboth MA and Alexa A. Hagman of Rehoboth MA who lovingly called her Morning. She was the sister of the late Harry Marshall Whittington Jr.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of East Providence for many years. She was deeply devoted to the Lord. Kate was a force of nature and the heart of our family. 

Her memorial service will be May 2, at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church in East Providence, 1400 Pawtucket Ave, Rumford RI.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the First Baptist Church in East Providence.
