Louisa J. (Lewis) Hodges

Louisa J. Hodges, 87, a life-long resident of East Providence, died on August 23'rd. Born in East Providence, she was the daughter of the late Leroy A. and Catherine E. (Skaling) Lewis. Mrs. Hodges worked as a secretary for the RI General Treasurer's Office. She was a member of The Haven United Methodist Church in East Providence. She leaves a nephew, Ron Moniz (Kimberly Moniz), great nephews: Dylan (Julie Normandin), Jesse and Jake Moniz and a great great nephew, Gabriel Moniz. She was predeceased by her sister, Elizabeth Moniz. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 30'th, at 10:30 AM, in the Haven United Methodist Church 200 Taunton Avenue, East Providence. Calling hours will be held, prior to the service, from 9:00 AM-10:00 AM, in the J.H. WILLIAMS & CO. FUNERAL HOME, 210 Taunton Avenue, East Providence. Interment will be in Spring Vale Cemetery, East Providence.
