Margaret Conn Obituary

Margaret (Peggy) Elderkin Conn 81 passed away surrounded by her loving family on August 20, 2021.  
Peggy was the daughter of the late Mabel (Elderkin) Robles and William Archibald Elderkin. 


Peggy leaves behind 8 children. Kenneth (Casey), John (Terry), Peggy Sue, Glenn, Gary, Robert, Joyce and Shirley. 
She also leaves behind 17 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, her dog Bella and many nieces and nephews. 
Peggy leaves behind a sister Constance Licciardi, a brother Kenneth Elderkin and sister in law Janet Elderkin. Peggy was predeceased by her siblings the late William Elderkin, Myrtle Gardner, Charlie Elderkin, Alice Fenwick and Robert Elderkin. 

Peggy had a very large family that she enjoyed spending time with.  She enjoyed shopping trips with her family, going to the casino with her best friend and her Friday night dinners with Wendy. Peggy was a hard worker and in her younger years she enjoyed cooking and baking for her family.

Peggy was a rock and the glue that held her family together. She was admired for her strength, tenacity and courage to face life head on. Her presence will be deeply missed by all.  
 

Calling hours will be held Thursday August 26, 2021 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM in the Home of J.H. WILLIAMS & CO., 210 Taunton Avenue, East Providence.  Burial will be private.
