Michel P. Petit

Michel P. Petit, 80, of Rehoboth, died January 16, 2024 at Tufts Medical Center.  He was the loving husband of Linda S. (Harris) Petit.   Born in Central Falls, RI, he was the son of the late Charles E. Petit and Florence B. (Godin) Petit. 

Mr. Petit worked at Rousseau & Petit Truck Bodies of Rehoboth and was a contractor in the construction industry for many years until his retirement.  He was a member of the Wampanoag Gun Club in Seekonk. 

In addition to his wife, he leaves his brother, Charles Petit of North Kingstown.  He was the uncle of Jennifer Doire of Coventry, Michelle Petit of Cranston, one grandniece and four grandnephews.  

His funeral and burial will be private.  Calling hours are respectfully omitted.
