Oleksiy Tsyhanenko

Oleksiy Tsyhanenko, 80, of Warwick, died peacefully on September 20, 2019 at Kent Hospital.  He was the loving husband of Neonila (Lukasevych) Tsyhanenko.  Born in Tal’ne, Ukraine, he was a son of the late Prokop & Milana Tsyhanenko. 

Mr. Tsyhanenko worked as an engineer in the telecommunications industry in the Ukraine.  Upon retirement in 2007, he moved to the United States.  He was a member of Second Baptist Church in East Providence.

In addition to his wife, he leaves his loving daughters: Natalia Pyataeva of Cranston and Yelena Krishchuk & her husband Pavel of Cranston.  He was the father-in-law of the late Igor Pyataev.  Cherished grandfather of Elena Newfield & her husband George of North Scituate, Maksim Krishchuk, Natalya Krishchuk, Olesya Krishchuk, Mark Krishchuk, all of Cranston, and great-grandfather of Benjamin & Zachary Newfield of North Scituate. 

His Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 10:00 am in Second Baptist Church, 80 Taunton Avenue, East Providence.  Burial will follow in Little Neck Cemetery, Riverside. 

Arrangements have been entrusted to J.H. WILLIAMS & CO. FUNERAL HOME, 210 Taunton Avenue, East Providence.
