Allen, Rick L., 59, a long-time resident of Rumford, died suddenly on Saturday, December 12th. He was born in New Bedford, a son of the late Edwin and Otilia (Nunes) Allen. He leaves 3 sisters: Maria Jenkins of Rumford, Nancy Fisher of Pomfret, CT, Tina Allen of Chepachet, RI, a brother Mark Allen of N. Providence, 5 nieces and 2 nephews. Funeral services are to be private.
