Thomas Patrick Potter (1967-2023) was born in Dorchester Boston. Put into foster care at an early age, he was the primary caretaker of his brother David Potter for five years before being adopted by the Potter family in Rehoboth. A graduate of Dighton-Rehoboth Regional High School, he went on to serve honorably in the United States Army, working in Field Artillery and food service. He enjoyed a full career in manufacturing and warehouse operations. Tommy was an avid Van Halen fan, who loved playing the drums, fast cars, and NASCAR racing.
He is survived by his mother, Catherine Potter; brothers David J. Potter and Robert Nolan, sister Sarah Jane Pezzullo (Mathew); and two daughters Tessa and Allie Potter whom he loved and cherished and five nephews. He now joins his late father, Ralph Potter, and sister, Melissa Chace, in eternal peace.
Services will be private.
