Todd A. Garvin

Todd A. Garvin, 46, of Johnston, died peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Rhode Island Hospital. Born in Portsmouth, VA, he was the son of Diane L. (Sampson) Garvin & the late James F. Garvin, Sr.

Todd worked as a fabricator with Symmextrix Composite Tooling for the past eight years. He loved camping, canoeing, golfing, & fishing with his family & friends.

In addition to his mother, he leaves is two loving sons: Todd A. Garvin, II, Troy A. Garvin, & his grandson Landon J. Rench. He was the companion of Diane J. Allard. Cherished brother of Tracy L. (Garvin) Oliver & her husband Brian, James F. Garvin, Jr. & his wife Rachel. He was the uncle of Brittany & her husband Wil, Diane, Frank, Steven, Heather, Gabriel, Crystal, Cassidy, & Michael. He also leaves many aunts, uncles, cousins, & his faithful dog “Chief.”

His funeral and burial will be private. Calling hours are respectfully omitted. Gifts in his memory to the American Heart Association or the American Lung Association will be appreciated. Arrangements have been entrusted to J.H. WILLIAMS & CO. FUNERAL HOME, 210 Taunton Avenue, Route 44, East Providence.
