It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of William F. Duffy III, of Rehoboth, MA. He departed this life unexpectedly on March 24, 2025, peacefully at home. He was born in Fall River, MA, on Aug. 18, 1956. William was a cherished son of Joan S. (Trott) Duffy of Rehoboth, and was predeceaced by his father William F. Duffy Jr. and brother Sean L. Duffy. He is survived by his mother and son.

William was a self-taught computer genius who enjoyed delving into his craft with passion. Similarly, he very much enjoyed gaming and geekery of all kinds and had imagination and wit to rival any of his peers.

A cremation service will be held on Thursday, April 3, 2025, 11:30 am in the Chapel of Hope & Memory at Swan Point Cemetery, 585 Blackstone Blvd. Providence, RI. Close family and friends are welcome to attend to give him a send off with honor. A celebration of life is to be announced.
